About BorderBreakers
BorderBreakers creates display products, extended artwork, frames, cases and slab skins for collectors. Trading cards and graded slabs are not included unless an item description expressly says otherwise.
Orders and product information
Product images, compatibility notes, prices and delivery information are shown before checkout. Please check that the selected format, variant and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We may contact you if we need to clarify an order or if an item is unavailable.
Custom requests
Custom requests are reviewed before they are accepted. Where a deposit is requested, the amount and next steps are confirmed before payment. BorderBreakers may request a £5 deposit after acceptance for any customer, including Members+ accounts. Custom-made or personalised work may not be eligible for a change-of-mind cancellation; this never affects your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Membership and rewards
Free Collector and Members+ rewards, referrals, Instagram claims, delivery benefits and point redemptions are governed by the Members+ terms. Benefits are personal to the account, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withheld where there is fraud or misuse.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including your consumer rights where products are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
