Who we are

BorderBreakers is responsible for the personal information used to provide this shop, account area and custom-request service. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email hello@borderbreakers.co.uk.

Information we use

We use the information needed to process and deliver an order, including your name, email, address, basket, purchase history and delivery choice. Your account can also hold favourites, a chosen referral name, reward history, optional Instagram handle, birthday day and month, and custom-request details or reference images you choose to send.

Why we use it

We use this information to fulfil orders, provide your account and rewards, respond to requests, prevent misuse, meet record-keeping obligations and improve the shop. Marketing messages are sent only where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Who receives it

We share only what is necessary with service providers that run the shop and fulfil orders, such as PayPal for payment, Royal Mail for delivery, Supabase for secure account and database services, Vercel for hosting and Resend for email delivery. We do not store full payment-card details.

Analytics and cookies

Essential storage keeps the basket, sign-in and settings working. Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose analytics cookies. See the cookie policy for details.

Keeping information

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including legal, tax, fraud-prevention and accounting obligations. We then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or request a copy in a portable format where applicable. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.
