Applying for a trade account
Wholesale and dropship access is available only after BorderBreakers has reviewed and approved an application. Applications require the account holder’s full name, business email, phone number, business or trading address, Instagram and TikTok pages, sales channels and a typed acceptance of these terms. Approval does not automatically create trade pricing, product access or an obligation to supply stock.
Wholesale minimum orders
The first approved wholesale order has a minimum merchandise value of £500. Later wholesale orders have a minimum merchandise value of £300. Delivery, taxes and any applicable fees are separate from those merchandise minimums.
Who we welcome
We welcome applications from established shops, live content creators, Whatnot sellers, TikTok creators and TikTok Shop sellers, as well as businesses that sell at events and trade shows. We may ask for links to your shop, social channels or event information as part of our review.
Dropship accounts
Dropship arrangements are agreed account by account. The approved seller is responsible for presenting BorderBreakers products accurately and for following the fulfilment, customer-service and delivery process confirmed for their account. The seller must have a lawful basis to pass an end customer’s delivery details to BorderBreakers for fulfilment.
Pricing, delivery and import charges
Trade pricing, eligible products, trade points and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately for each approved account and may change with notice. Approved resellers set their own retail selling prices. International trade buyers are responsible for delivery charges, customs duty, import taxes and any local taxes unless BorderBreakers agrees otherwise in writing.
Approved selling channels
Products may be promoted and sold through the channels approved with your application, including your own website, social channels, physical shop or in-person events. You set your own resale prices.
Marketplace restriction
BorderBreakers products must not be listed, advertised or sold through eBay, Etsy Marketplace or Amazon. This applies to all approved trade accounts, including wholesale, dropship and social-selling accounts.
Branding and product integrity
When promoting or selling BorderBreakers products, you must use the BorderBreakers brand name and approved BorderBreakers logo so customers understand where the product comes from. Do not alter, edit, repackage, relabel, copy, obscure, remove or otherwise change the product, its artwork, packaging, supplied product information or BorderBreakers branding. Please use approved product images and descriptions accurately.
Review and withdrawal
We may ask for more information, decline an application, change available terms or withdraw trade access where these terms are not followed, information is inaccurate, or the arrangement is no longer suitable.
