Members+ membership

Members+ is £3.99 per month and renews through PayPal until cancelled. Benefits are personal to the member account and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with a different offer unless BorderBreakers says otherwise.

Points

New Members receive a 50-point sign-up bonus. New Members+ customers receive 100 points in total: 50 points when their account is created and a further 50 points after their membership becomes active. Free Collectors earn 4 points per £1 of qualifying merchandise spend. Active Members+ members earn 8 points per £1. Free Collector points become available 14 days after they are credited. Points awarded while Members+ is active become available 31 days after they are credited. If a paid membership ends, any unused rewards earned during that paid subscription period are halved to the normal Free Collector rate, so they no longer receive double points. Points already redeemed are not reclaimed.

Birthday triple points

Members may optionally save their birthday day and month in their private account. BorderBreakers does not retain the birth year. On that day, one private birthday reward is created for one qualifying paid order. It gives a total of 12 points per £1 of qualifying merchandise spend and is valid for 30 days. The reward is personal, may be used once, cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with another birthday reward, and does not stack with Members+ double points.

Redeeming points

Points can be redeemed only at the published checkout tiers: 500 points for £5 off £25+, 1,000 points for £10 off £50+, or 1,500 points for £15 off £75+. Minimum spends apply to merchandise only, before delivery. Points cannot be used for delivery, exchanged for cash or carried into a refund as cash.

Referral and Instagram rewards

A referrer receives 50 points once a referred member completes their first paid merchandise order of £25 or more. Self-referrals are not allowed. Instagram rewards require an original post or Reel that follows and tags @borderbreakersuk. An owner-approved claim earns 75 points, or 150 points while the member has an active Members+ membership at the time of approval. BorderBreakers may reject claims that do not meet those requirements or are duplicate, misleading or fraudulent.

Delivery and custom requests

Members+ includes one free delivery benefit per calendar month: UK orders require £25+ of merchandise, while Europe, USA, Canada and Rest of World orders require £50+ of merchandise. BorderBreakers may request a £5 deposit after a custom artwork request has been accepted for either membership type. Benefits are subject to availability and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Changes

BorderBreakers may update the programme or these terms where reasonably necessary, including to prevent misuse. Material changes will be communicated in the member area or by email where appropriate.
