Simple terms
Membership renews monthly until cancelled through PayPal. If you cancel, any unused rewards earned during your Members+ subscription are halved to the normal Free Collector rate — they no longer receive double points. Rewards already used are not reclaimed. Points are not cash and may be redeemed only at the published reward tiers and minimum spends. The monthly delivery benefit is one per calendar month: UK orders require £25+ of merchandise and international orders require £50+ of merchandise. It cannot be combined with another delivery offer.
