Simple terms
Spend £30 or more on merchandise across paid orders in a calendar month (UK time) to unlock one free standard catalogue slab skin. Postage, cancelled orders and refunded orders do not count. You must have active Members+ when claiming. After your cumulative qualifying paid orders reach £30, select one standard skin in the basket. Claim it on its own, paying only applicable postage, or include it with other products. No additional £30 basket minimum applies. Both options share the same single monthly allowance. Redeem in the same calendar month; unused rewards do not roll over. Custom artwork, cases and frames are excluded. The selected skin’s price is deducted once, regardless of quantity. No cash alternative.
Membership renews monthly until cancelled through PayPal. If you cancel, any unused rewards earned during your Members+ subscription are halved to the normal Free Collector rate — they no longer receive double points. Rewards already used are not reclaimed. Points are not cash and may be redeemed only at the published reward tiers and minimum spends. The monthly delivery benefit is one per calendar month: UK orders require £25+ of merchandise and international orders require £50+ of merchandise. It cannot be combined with another delivery offer.
